Cross-Country Skiing

Cross-Country Skiing on the Senjyogahara. The Senjyogahara is a flat plain in the mountain area of Nikko National Park, about 20 km from the town. We plan to arrange an excursion to the field by bus (1,000-2,000 Yen each, depending on the number of the participants). The ski sets (skis, boots, and poles) are available from Nikko Astraea Hotel at a charge of 2,600 Yen. We can also have lunch at this hotel. Nikko Tour

Nisha-Ichiji Tour (a half day tour to famous two shrines, Tosho-Gu and Futarasan-Jinjya, and one temple, Rin'nou-Ji). We will visit there under an experienced guidance in English. The cost of the tour will be about 3,000 Yen, including admission fees and the guide. (Map) The tour will be made from 9:00 to 11:00. The pictures and movies here are mostly from Taiyu-In.
