[X-ray-star:40] refined position of the ongoing outburst source near the Galactic center

Dear all,

  We would like to inform you of a refined position of the galactic 
center source currently showing an outburst that we reported to
ATel (Suwa et al. #3123).

 The refined position:
 (R.A., Dec) = (+266.63 deg, -29.11 deg) = (17 46 31, -29 06 36) (J2000).

 This update was made using recent data.

(1A 1742-294 and this transient source are unable to be resolved.)
