[X-ray-star:103] MAXI/GSC detection of new X-ray transient outburst in Terzan 5

MAXI/GSC detected the new X-ray transient outburst in Terzan 5 reported
in ATel #3714. The source suddenly appeared at MJD 55858.53 with the
flux of 0.5 Crab (4-10 keV). The spectrum was hard at that time and
significantly detected in 10-20 keV band as well. Then it softened and
decayed out by MJD 55859.53.
