Ueno (Tokyo) <--> Nikko

"Ueno" is the entrance of the Tohoku region in Japan. It takes about 8 min from the (JR) Tokyo station by the JR Yamate-Line (Yamanote-Line). There are three Ueno stations ("(JR) Ueno", "(subway or metro) Ueno", and "Keisei Ueno" stations), which have different ticket gates within 300m in diameter. (Note that the "(JR) Ueno" station has many ticket gates. Here, we are talking about the "main" gate.)

The Haneda Airport <--> Tokyo (Asakusa, Ueno)

There are may ways and many trains between the Haneda Airport and Ueno. The most convenient ways are followings:

JR & TOKYO MONO-RAIL (45min, 630 Yen)
Ueno <-(JR:Yamate)-> Hamamatsucho <-(TOKYO MONO-RAIL)-> Haneda Airport

JR & KEIHIN-KYUKO (45min, 590 Yen)
Ueno <-(JR:Yamate)-> Shinagawa <-(KEIHIN: Keihinkyuko-honsen)-> Haneda Airport

There are also direct trains between Askusa and the airport.

Subway & KEIHIN-KYUKO (45min, 700 Yen)
Asakusa <-(subway:Asakusa-Line)->(Sengakuji)<-(KEIHIN)-> Haneda Airport

Yokohama --> Tokyo (Asakusa)

There are also many ways and many trains to get to Tokyo (Ueno). For instance,

One of the recommended trains is direct trains to Asakusa, but not so often.
