[New-transient:81] (Updating) Possible new source MAXI J1707-170

Possible new source at (R.A., Dec.)=(256.852,-17.0370) with a position
error of 0.55 deg (90% c.l.), although the statistical significance is
still low. We tentatively name the source MAXI J1707-170.(nakahira)
