Hi new-transient ML users,

Follow up information on the possible new transient.
In the refined analysis using PSF fitting method,
we obtain 4-10 keV fluxes (mCrab) as,
04/23 18:06 0.0015 +/- 0.0105
04/23 19:38 0.0194 +/- 0.0157
04/23 21:11 0.0222 +/- 0.0165
04/23 22:44 0.0034 +/- 0.0128
04/24 00:19 0.0469 +/- 0.0181
The signal-to-noise ratio for bright three scans is 2.9.

In the next four scan at 4/24 06:32, 08:04, 9:37 and 11:10,
the source is not detected with an upper limit of 20 mCrab for each.
Thus we conclude the source flux is not significant for now.
